For perform a good price all factories need to improve the production with less waste time in handling operations. So, the bobbins are becoming more and more heavy. From 12 kg the first step, it was 15 Kg and now the new machines allow to spin 20 Kg. So, we can understand why we’ll have in the next years more request for Handling Systems.
. Operators problems:
For load or unload a bobbin of 10-20 Kg with manpower, gripping it with one hand is not easy and doing it all day is something very hard for the operators. That’s because in these handling areas the operators don’t like work, they got sick very often or quit the factory if they don’t change place.
. Quality problems:
For handling these bobbins the operators need both hands, one hand for grip the bobbin in the core (with Mechanical Handgripper) and one hand for hold the bobbin.
Touch the yarn by hand is a problem because it get damaged or dirty very easily and in the next step of the process and particularly in the Texturising machines this yarn in surface will be impossible to used. Cost of interventions, more operators for restart the units where the yarn becomes cut very often.
The yarn buyers now want save these important losses and don’t wish to buy less quality yarn for the same price.
. USING OUR HANDLING BALANCING SYSTEMS:
Using our Systems in all the processes where is necessary to handle the bobbin by hand is the answer for the quality improvement. In fact, in no cases the operators will have to touch the yarn by hand, because the mechanical gripping, the Balancing and the rotation of the bobbin (when necessary) is handless (Free hand touch).

B.CLASSIC OPERATIONS WHERE OUR SYSTEMS ARE USEFUL:
-Unload from Craft Winder Machine:
This is one of the steps in the production process when the fibre becomes yarn and bobbin. The bobbins are unloaded from the Craft Winder and are transferred between a Doffer Trolley (trolley with a Cantilever able to contain 6 or 8 bobbins) to Buggy Trolleys (Capacity 24 or 36 bobbins).
-Transfer from Doffer to Buggy Trolleys:
From this Doffer Trolley is necessary to transfer the bobbins to Buggy Trolleys where the bobbins are controlled and can be transferred to the next process area. The Doffers are loaded on a special machine with a pushing device and the bobbins will move out from the Doffer Cantilever one by one. Handling is made with a Balancing System with fix tool head. Gripping in the core of the bobbin with a special expanding chuck. Gripping the bobbin from the Doffer Cantilever and deposit on the pegs of the trolley (can be until 36 pegs in 2 sides). These trolleys are normally pushed by hand to the next process area.
-Transfer from Trolleys to Jumbo boxes or small boxes:
Packaging area for bobbins. If the manufacturer sales the bobbins to third party, the quality must be high, but during Handling Packing process the bobbins could be more damaged due to operators handcarry and fatigue.
Handling is made with a Balancing System with orbital tool head (rotation 90 degrees). Gripping in the core of the bobbin with a special expanding chuck. Gripping the bobbin from the peg of the trolley inclined about 10 degrees (the bobbin is wrapped in protective plastic bag), rotation 90 degrees in vertical position (referred to the paper tube), deposit in the Jumbo box with the bobbin in perfect horizontal position avoiding the operator to touch it or the bobbin to touch accidentally the walls or the bottom of the jumbo box made in hard cartoon (bobbins angles could be damaged).
-Transfer from Trolleys to Texturising machines creels:
Handling with Balancing System with fix tool head. Gripping in the core of the bobbin with a special expanding chuck. Gripping the bobbin from the peg of the trolley inclined about 10 degrees and deposit on the peg of the creels in horizontal position (referred to paper tube).
This transfer can be made with a Balancing System mounted on rails with bridge crane.
-Transfer from Jumbo boxes to Texturising machines creels:
Handling with Balancing System with orbital tool head (rotation 90 degrees). Gripping in the core of the bobbin with a special expanding chuck. Gripping the bobbin from the jumbo box in vertical position, rotation 90 degrees and deposit on creels in horizontal position (referred to paper tube).
This transfer can be made with Balancing System mounted on LIFTRUCK® moving the jumbo box and operator, forward, backward, up, down, and loading the creels in the same time from the lowest pegs until the highest ones (when more than 1,8 m).
We have also TRANSPALLET-TRUCK with man on board or on floor, able to move the Jumbo box, suitable for creel pegs not higher than 2 m.

C.PRODUCTION IMPROVEMENTS:
In all fields where are located our Balancing Systems, the production process has been improved. In fact, handling heavy loads all day long reduce the production capacity of all operators. A good Handling Device is the answer for improve the production process and most of all, where the handling speed must be very fast. Our Systems are studied for work at more speed than the operator could do it without Balancer. This thanks at the fully Balancing Control weightless and at no need to press any button during the full stroke at 36 m/mn. So, no wasting time.
