PLASTIC TUBES & CONES

The Plastic Tubes and Cones are manufactured with machines of high technology for plastic injection moulding and they are specially designed to meet the most modern technical systems of the latest models of textile machinery.

SPINNING TUBES

Different types of plastic according to the application.

- Light cheap type tube for single use (One way) or heavy type tubes for internal use (reusable).

- Hollow tubes for humidification, vaporization, and dyeing, resistant to continuous working temperature up to 200° C or simply utilized for winding.

On different surfaces.

- Shape and material is always in relation with the type of fibers and with the most recent winding methods to allow the best winding and unwinding of all types of yarn including the very delicate synthetics (smooth, grooved, micro-grooved, knurled, scraped, sanded.........

DYEING TUBES

- They are realized with a selected high resistant plastic chemical mixture able to resist at the heating effects of the dyeing bath.

- The flared shaped holes and their particular position allow a perfect and uniform through penetration of the dyeing bath.

- The usual plastic are resistant up to 120 - 130° C temperature. Higher temperatures require special high resistant resins which can support high yarn tensions and a continuous working temperature up to 200° C.
